These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and use of the services, events, and website of JV Powerhouse Experience, a DBA of Powerful Online Partnerships, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for or attending our events, or by using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or attend our events.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in JV Powerhouse Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation or use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Event Registration, Application, and Ticketing

  • All attendees must apply and be approved to attend JV Powerhouse Experience events.

  • Attendees must be at least 18 years old.

  • Tickets are non-refundable. Transfers may be permitted at our discretion and must be approved in advance.

  • There are currently no deadlines for registration, cancellation, or transfer, but we reserve the right to implement these in the future.

3. Code of Conduct and Event Participation

  • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

  • The use of illegal drugs or consumption of outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

  • Disruptive behavior will result in a warning. If the behavior continues, the attendee will be removed from the event without refund.

  • Attendees will receive access to event materials after the event. No event-wide recordings will be provided, though sponsors may receive recordings of their own presentations if previously arranged.

  • No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend.

5. Media Waiver and Event Photography

  • By attending JV Powerhouse Experience, you grant us the right to photograph, film, and record you during the event.

  • All attendees are required to sign a media waiver as a condition of entry. There is no opt-out for live event photography or videography.

  • We may use event media for marketing, promotional, and community purposes.

  • For any future virtual events, attendees who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should turn off their camera.

6. Sponsors and Third Parties

  • Sponsors may have direct access to attendees through presentations, mentions, sponsored meals, and booths.

  • Attendee contact information will only be shared with sponsors with the attendee’s explicit consent.

  • We are not responsible for the actions or offerings of sponsors or third-party vendors.

7. Accessibility and Venue Compliance

  • Accessibility and ADA compliance are managed by the event venue. Attendees are responsible for reviewing the venue’s accessibility features before registering.

8. Force Majeure and Event Changes

  • We reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies.

  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and provide alternative arrangements, but are not liable for any resulting costs or damages.

9. Health and Wellness

  • While there are no specific health or safety requirements, we request that attendees who are unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or flu remain at home out of respect for others.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide our services and events “as is” and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from participation in our events or use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, business disruptions, or reputational harm.

  • We are not responsible for any issues, service disruptions, or liabilities arising from third-party platforms or venue operations.

11. Compliance with Laws and Regulatory Disclosures

  • FTC Endorsements and Testimonials:

    We may feature testimonials, endorsements, or affiliate links on our website. In accordance with FTC guidelines, we disclose any material connections and ensure that all testimonials reflect the honest opinions and experiences of our users. If you click on affiliate links or purchase products or services through our recommendations, we may receive compensation. We encourage you to perform your own due diligence before making any purchase.

  • GDPR:
